Dan and the newly Claire Lees are proud to annouce that they were wed on the 7th of March!
The weekend before was spent in a little cottage in the Lledr valley near Betws-y-Coed. The cottage had a great view, an open fire, much drinking of beer and whiskey kept us entertained.
We spent the day before the wedding hiking up Y Garn in the Ogwen valley in Snowy conditions, Whisky on the way down kept us warm...
Then the big day...
We had the ceremony in a little Registry office in Blaenau Ffestiniog with our friends/witnesses Mike and Jude. The ceremony was done by the fantastic Olwen.
After the wedding we adjourned to the Princes Arms hotel for a fine dinner and much drinking of fine wines and ales.
We then proceeded to spent the week just Claire and I in the cottage, chilling ou and climbing mountains like Snowdon, which bizarrely lived up to its moniker.
